Falun Gong practitioners from Ohio, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania are conducting a car tour in a three-state area and will hold press conferences to inform local citizens about disturbing events which have recently come to light in China. The tour which starts from Cincinnati on Wednesday, August 16, 2006, will cover 14 major cities in Ohio, 3 cities in Kentucky, and will end up in Pittsburgh on Sunday, August 20, 2006.
In March of this year, eye-witnesses revealed one of the most sinister and shocking aspects of the Chinese Communist regime’s seven-year persecution of Falun Gong – the practice of illegal organ harvesting from living victims. Their hearts, kidneys, livers and corneas are extracted while they are still alive and then sold in the in the transplant market regularly maintained by Communist authorities in China. The victims’ bodies are thrown into crematoriums to destroy the evidence. Thousands of innocent Falun Gong practitioners are believed to have been murdered in this fashion and reports indicate that other religious and political dissidents, including underground Christians, have also met a similar fate.
David Kilgour, a former Canadian MP and Secretary of State for the Asian region, and well-known human rights lawyer David Matas have concluded in their independent report that the allegations of organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners are indeed supported by their investigations.
